Welcome to BalancelyUp. These Terms of Service govern your use of our tools and offerings related to accounting and balance management.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Offerings

2.1 Account and Balance Management Services

We provide personalized services including ledger reconciliation, transaction review, balance oversight and reporting. All services require scheduling and are delivered in English unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Informational Products

Our digital guides, tutorials and templates (collectively “Info Products”) support best practices in bookkeeping and ledger management. These are delivered electronically.

2.3 Physical Goods

We offer physical items such as printed workbooks, stationery kits and other merchandise to support record keeping.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 General Refund Process

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

3.2 Services

For scheduled services, you may reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours before the session via our Contact Form. If you cancel or request a refund with less than 48 hours notice, a service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee applies. Fully completed sessions are non-refundable, as resources and time have been allocated in full.

3.3 Informational Products

Info Products may be refunded within 14 days if less than 20% of the material has been accessed. After this period or access level, no refund is available due to immediate digital delivery. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria.

3.4 Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds for goods will be issued upon receipt and inspection, within 10 business days.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon order or scheduling. We accept credit card and direct transfer. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled through our site. You may request a new appointment date via the Contact Form at least 48 hours before the original slot. Late rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

7. Governing Law
